Hi! My name is Stephanie and as you may have guessed, this is my blog! This is definitely a work in progress so please excuse the dust.

This section (along with lots of things in life) will probably change and evolve as I get better at blogging. In order to not send you running from this page right now though, here is a little bit about me:

I am a twenty something college grad living right outside the city of Brotherly Love . I think I have finally gotten the hang of living as an independent, contributing member of society. I started this blog for one, (or a million) reasons. I love to cook, bake, be outside and most importantly enjoy the little things in life that make living so grand. Whether that means a run on the Schuylkill River trail at sunset, indulging in brunch with friends or playing with my childhood dog, I try to stop every so often and appreciate all the things that make my life what it is!

I consider myself a very lucky person who has a great group of friends, an awesome boyfriend and family who is just a quick car ride away. I tend to be a healthy eater and have just started getting into running. I was never terribly athletic growing up but since college have found my groove and am working everyday to be the healthiest me I can. So pretty much, this blog is going to be a little about everything! You will probably find me talking about my eats, exercises and excursions (I heart road trips!) mostly, but don’t be suprised if something totally random and unexpected pops in from time to time.

So there you have it (for now)! Just a little bit about me as a starting point for The Bright Side of Things. I really hope you all enjoy reading this as much as I am going to enjoy writing it. Adios!
